We are sad to announce that Clark Rose passed away october 22, 2009. Please rember his family in your prayers.

Clark Rose, one of our landowners, has been diagnosed with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia, a cancer in blood and bone marrow. This is a treatable cancer, for which we are all greatful. Please remember Clark and his family in your prayers. If you would like to send Clark a card his address is:

Also please remember that research done at St Jude's is shared with other hospitals and treatment centers. When you give to St Jude's you are helping more than just the children there.... You are also helping cancer patients everywhere because of the research St Jude's does and shares.

Our committee members had a very prductive meeting in August and have planned lots of events in the near future. We hare having a booth at the Hardin County Fair, a turkey shoot, a barbecue and an auction in the next few months. Be on the lookout for more information coming soon.....

Hunting for a Cure will have a booth in the Exhibit Building at the Hardin County Fairgrounds during the annual Hardin County Fair. We will be having some great giveaways. Please check back for an update on items.

One of our hunters, Chelsea Haggard's dad passed away last week! Our hearts and prayers go out to Chelsea and the Haggard family. Roger was loved in the HFAC family and will be greatly missed. Chelsea continues to plan to hunt with us this year! We are looking forward to making her weekend better!

Our Hunting For A Cure Family has suffered a GREAT Loss! One of our Guide/Camera Operators was killed in an automobile accident Friday, June 27, 2008. He was looking forward to the 2009 event and we will surely miss him! Our thoughts and prayers go out to this friends and family in their time of grief.
